The Junior Multimedia/DTP Designer is responsible for supporting the creation of digital and print design collateral for Super Group’s brands. Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role focuses on producing accurate, high-quality work, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to innovative and impactful creative outputs while learning and developing within the team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design – Digital and PrintConceptualisation and Ideation
- Create and develop designs, layouts, and visual approaches for print and digital.
- Interpret and execute briefs from concept to rollout, ensuring CI and tone compliance.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality, and detail-focused assets.
- Prepare and execute print-ready files.
- Adapt quickly to urgent business needs and manage deadlines effectively.
- Design impactful creative work aligned to briefs.
- Develop look-and-feel concepts for projects.
- Work with stakeholders across the business, maintaining strong relationships.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
- Follow instructions and actively seek guidance from leads.
- Contribute positively to team culture.
Technical Requirements & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or Design Communication (minimum 3 years).
- 2–4 years’ experience in a design/multimedia role.
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite.
