Responsibilities:

• Digital Design Execution
  
  • Design digital assets for social media, websites, email, and other platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency through visual standards and guidelines
  • Translate concepts into user-friendly, high-impact designs
  Collaboration & Ideation
  • Work with marketing and cross-functional teams on campaign design needs
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative input
  • Revise designs based on team feedback and performance insights
  User-Centered Thinking
  • Stay current on digital and UI/UX design trends and tools
  • Conduct basic user research and usability testing to inform design
  • Implement feedback to improve digital performance and engagement

Technical Requirements:

• Requirements & Qualifications: 
  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Previous experience in a digital design role within an agency or in-house team
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and motion design work
  ‍Technical skills/software proficiency: 
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Optional: Figma, Canva, Sketch, or other relevant design tools
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and responsive design
