Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Responsibilities:
Content Management:
- Ideate and contract development of required content
- Plan and lead the execution of internal communication strategies aligned with the Marketing product calendar, tactical campaigns, and employer brand strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with their objectives
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and product owners
- Prepare presentations and campaign proposals
- Understand and support portfolio team deliverables
- Participate in meeting routines to stay aligned with upcoming needs
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively seek improvements in all campaigns
- Suggest new ways of working to elevate communication impact
Functional Leadership:
- Lead the internal communications function end-to-end
- Be the go-to expert for communication strategies within the portfolio
Technical Requirements:
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum:
- 3–5 years in brand marketing and/or communications within a fast-paced, client-centric environment
- Diploma in Marketing and/or Communications
Ideal:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, banking, or services industries
- Relevant degree in Marketing or Communications
- Background in digital or internal communications
Technical skills/software proficiency: MS Suite, Adobe Suite
Soft skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, content ideation, problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication
