Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will support the execution of digital marketing and content initiatives across our company and its portfolio of specialist recruitment brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for social media management, campaign content delivery, website updates, and performance reporting. The role plays a key part in supporting a centralised, AI-enabled marketing function designed to scale consistent, high-quality marketing output across multiple international brands. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing leadership and global stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

About this position

Budget: up to R20,000 - R35,000 per month

Working Environment: Remote (working for a UK company)

Key Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content ManagementCampaign Execution
    • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across our company and portfolio brands (primarily LinkedIn)
    • Maintain consistent posting cadence aligned with brand messaging
    • Adapt and repurpose content across multiple brands and audiences
    • Support content creation aligned with marketing campaigns
    • Assist in the delivery of digital marketing campaigns
    • Coordinate content assets and messaging across stakeholders
    • Ensure campaign outputs align with strategic objectives
    • Support multi-brand campaign rollouts
    Analytics & Reporting
    • Track performance across social media and digital channels
    • Analyse engagement, reach, and content performance metrics
    • Support preparation of monthly marketing reports
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
    Website & Digital Management
    • Update and maintain website content via CMS platforms
    • Ensure website content remains accurate and up to date
    • Support optimisation of website pages aligned with campaigns
    Operational Delivery
    • Execute daily marketing tasks across multiple brands
    • Manage workload and deadlines effectively
    • Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables
    • Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and output

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or content-focused role
  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-stakeholder environment advantageous
  • Exposure to B2B marketing environments beneficial
  • Social media management platforms
  • CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI)
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic design and content tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar)
