The Marketing Manager – Group Content, Campaigns & Content will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and content initiatives across our company and its portfolio of international recruitment brands. This role is responsible for translating commercial business priorities into scalable marketing campaigns and high-quality content that supports brand growth, talent attraction, client engagement, and bid success. The position combines strategic coordination with hands-on delivery, requiring strong organisational capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a multi-brand global environment.

Budget: up to R40,000 - R55,000 per month

Key Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & DeliveryContent Strategy & Brand Messaging
    • Lead development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple partner brands
    • Translate business objectives into structured campaign plans and deliverables
    • Ensure campaigns align with commercial priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
    • Coordinate campaign execution across stakeholders and marketing resources
    • Oversee creation of high-quality multi-channel content including:
      • Social media content
      • Website content
      • Thought leadership articles
    • Maintain consistent tone of voice and brand messaging across all brands
    • Develop scalable content frameworks that can be adapted across the group
    • Manage internal and freelance contributors where required
    Awards & Events Marketing
    • Manage end-to-end awards submission processes
    • Coordinate content development and stakeholder input
    • Support marketing activity surrounding industry events
    • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through awards and partnerships
    Marketing Planning & Coordination
    • Own and manage the group marketing calendar across 17+ brands
    • Balance competing priorities and stakeholder requests
    • Ensure timely campaign delivery aligned to briefs and objectives
    Case Studies & Commercial Content
    • Develop case studies and success stories demonstrating client impact
    • Collaborate with portfolio brands to capture key wins
    • Produce marketing assets supporting sales, bids, and proposals
    Market Insights & Thought Leadership
    • Produce industry insights, reports, and trend-based marketing content
    • Translate market data into commercially relevant narratives
    • Utilise AI and research tools to improve efficiency and output
    Social Media Oversight
    • Guide and oversee social media activity across brands
    • Develop scalable content plans and publishing frameworks
    • Ensure consistent and engaging presence across LinkedIn and relevant platforms

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content-focused roles
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes
  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Marketing campaign planning tools
  • CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
  • Social media management platforms
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI content platforms)
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Content creation and collaboration tools
