We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Strategist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, with a particular focus on the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. This role requires a data-driven individual who can develop, implement, and analyse effective paid media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platforms.
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive media strategies tailored to the FMCG industry, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, utilising analytics tools to assess key metrics and KPIs.
- Optimisation: Continuously optimise campaigns for better performance, including A/B testing, bid management, and creative adjustments.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop engaging and effective ad creatives and messaging.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports using software tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting platforms, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media, digital marketing, and the FMCG sector.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media strategy, specifically with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- FMCG Experience: Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns for FMCG brands.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant software.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a passion for optimising campaign performance.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
