The Senior B2B Growth Manager is a hands-on, revenue-focused role responsible for building and operating a scalable B2B growth engine across our portfolio of businesses. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Digital, this role owns demand generation, website and SEO performance, pipeline contribution, and commercial storytelling. The primary objective is to turn attention into qualified pipeline and pipeline into measurable revenue, while improving alignment between Sales and Marketing across the Group.

Budget: R45,000 - R50,000 per month
Working Type: Hybrid (4 days in-office)
Location: Tygervalley, Cape Town
Key Duties & Main Responsibilities:
- Duty 1: Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Plan, execute, and optimise B2B demand generation campaigns across content, paid media, LinkedIn, SEO, email nurture journeys, events, webinars, and partnerships to generate high-quality, sales-ready leads for priority sectors. - Duty 2: Website, SEO & Digital Performance Ownership
Own website performance and SEO across the Group, improving organic visibility, on-page optimisation, UX, conversion rates, and content effectiveness in collaboration with Creative and Development partners. - Duty 3: Sales Alignment, Reporting & Growth Operations
Work closely with Business Development teams to define lead quality, improve MQL → SQL handovers, track performance, report on ROI, and ensure marketing activity directly supports enterprise sales cycles and commercial outcomes.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Proven experience supporting long, complex B2B or enterprise sales cycles
- Experience working in fast-growth or multi-brand environments
- Exposure to international markets (UK or global experience advantageous)
- Website & SEO optimisation (technical, on-page, content-led SEO)
- Campaign management across paid, organic, and owned channels
- CRM, analytics, and reporting tools (lead tracking, funnel performance, ROI)
- CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
