Senior Designer

CTC: R40 000 - R50 000 (depending on skills and experience)

Working Type: In-office

Working Location: Melrose Arch, Johannesburg

Hours: 40 hours weekly (08:00 - 17:00)

Main Responsibilities:

• Design across platforms (digital and print) with high-quality visual communication.
• Conceptualize and ideate creative campaigns and brand rollouts.
• Execute and roll out creative assets with accuracy and attention to brand CI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters and other creatives.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Junior and Mid-level Designers.
• Adapt and respond quickly to urgent business needs and shifting priorities.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team and support departmental goals.
• Attend daily stand-ups and contribute positively to team culture.

Skills & Experience:

• 3-year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Design Communication.
• 5-6+ years of experience in design, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Print production setup and file preparation knowledge essential.
• Time and project management proficiency.
• Strong ideation and layout skills.
• Ability to work within CI guidelines and across multiple media.
