Senior Manager: Business Development & Marketing

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their Salesforce and CRM capability within Business Development & Marketing. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for CRM performance, campaign analytics, platform optimisation and people management across a global stakeholder group.

Budget: up to R80,000 per month

Location: Century City, Cape Town

Working Environment: Hybrid (3-days in office)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the Salesforce and CRM roadmap aligned to business and marketing objectives.
  • Lead CRM analytics, campaign reporting and platform optimisation initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a small international team, including Jersey-based resources.
  • Act as the senior CRM partner to marketing, digital and business leadership.
  • Oversee data integrity, system scalability and reporting frameworks.
  • Champion best practice adoption across Salesforce and connected platforms.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce and CRM leadership roles.
  • Proven people management experience
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud certification.
  • Strong CRM and campaign analytics capability.
  • B2B environment experience.
  • Track record of managing teams and cross-functional delivery.
  • Financial services exposure (preferred, not essential).
