We seek a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to act as the second in command to the Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and leading the marketing team in the Marketing Manager's absence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in various marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media and the ability to drive initiatives that align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Support in the development and execution of company-wide marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform decision-making
- Create and manage tailored marketing plans for a diverse portfolio
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, print)
- Oversee ad spend and optimize performance across platforms
Track KPIs, report on ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly
Digital & Paid Media
- Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads – this is non-negotiable
- Manage scheduling and deployment using marketing tech platforms
- Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing and media buying
Content Creation & Editing
- Shoot and edit short-form content using tools like TikTok and CapCut
- Align all content with brand guidelines and messaging
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content calendars
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors
- Coordinate deliverables and deadlines across departments
- Step in to lead and mentor the team in the absence of the Marketing Manager
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role (preferably in FMCG)
Technical Skills & Software Proficiency
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is essential
- Working knowledge of TikTok Ads, SEO, media buying platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, WordPress, MS Office
- Experience with marketing tools for scheduling and content management
- Basic design skills and familiarity with keyword research and SEO best practices
- Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRMs
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Strategic, creative thinker who can lead campaign ideation - Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
