Contract Type: Full-time Contract (Rolling yearly)

Responsibilities:

  • Meta Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimise high-budget Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for eCommerce clients.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Editing Team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Pod Management: Lead a pod comprising a Creative Strategist and Editing Team, ensuring alignment and high-quality output.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Use tools like Triple Whale, Motion, and Foreplay to analyse data and optimise campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage large advertising budgets on Meta platforms to maximise ROI.
  • Client Reporting: Provide detailed reports, insights, and recommendations to clients regularly.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and Meta platform changes.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior media buyers within the team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in media buying, specialising in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for eCommerce brands.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving long-term partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and collaboration with creative teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and tools like Triple Whale, Motion, and Foreplay.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as Facebook Blueprint.
  • In-depth knowledge of the eCommerce landscape.
  • Advanced understanding of tools like Triple Whale, Motion, and Foreplay.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
