Senior Paid Media Specialist (Freelance)

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. You’ll work within a cross-functional team of SEO, CRO, and analytics specialists to deliver measurable growth for B2B and B2C clients, with a strong focus on performance marketing in the fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce sectors.

Working Output: 20 - 25 hours per month (potential to increase)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with clear ROI and KPI alignment.
  • Design testing roadmaps across creative, copy, audience, and funnel stages.
  • Implement advanced attribution strategies using GTM, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with SEO, CRO, and content teams to ensure integrated marketing performance.
  • Analyse data and present insight-driven recommendations directly to clients.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging ad tech opportunities.

Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency or in-house), managing budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Proven track record in scaling B2B and B2C campaigns, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or data-driven industries, and internationally.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in ROAS/CAC/LTV analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of audience segmentation and attribution models.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with senior stakeholders.
  • Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Google Sheets
  • Bonus: Experience with server-side tracking, automation tools (e.g., Shirofune, n8n, Supermetrics), or AI ad-optimisation platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or Trello).
