The Social Media Coordinator will execute our social media presence, manage content across digital platforms, support campaigns, and maintain consistent brand messaging. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity, attention to detail, and juggling multiple digital marketing tasks.

Location: Stellenbosch, Cape Town
Working Environment: Hybrid (2-days in office)
Travel Requirement: You will be required to travel to various locations to conduct field visits for content creation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute social media content & campaigns
- Manage daily posting across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Schedule content, maintain calendars, and ensure timely alignment with campaigns
- Collaborate with designers to brief and manage asset delivery
- Monitor social media trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activity
Support content publishing across digital channels- Upload content to our website (blogs, landing pages, products)
- Assist with online store updates, promotional banners, and content tagging
- Repurpose content for multiple channels and support basic SEO practices
Support campaign performance tracking & reporting- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports (followers, engagement, reach, conversions)
- Monitor sentiment and provide insights to optimize content and campaigns
- Coordinate tracking for influencer, ambassador, or partner-led content
Develop skills and contribute to the team- Participate in KPI check-ins and performance reviews
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platforms, and tools
- Share learnings and recommend improvements for team processes
Technical Requirements & Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
- Related tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (essential)
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (essential)
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (essential)
- Adobe Suite, Figma, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic design skills and content creation knowledge
- Understanding of SEO best practices and performance metrics
