Digital Designer (Freelance)
We're looking for a creative, commercially-minded Designer who can bring ideas to life across both digital and print. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety - from designing high-converting landing pages and paid media assets to creating packaging artwork and marketing collateral. You'll work closely with the marketing team to elevate the client’s brand, support their B2B sales efforts, grow their e-commerce presence, and ensure every creative touchpoint is both visually compelling and strategically effective.

Working Location:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design high-performing landing pages and website experiences in Figma.
- Create engaging creative assets for Google Ads, display advertising and YouTube campaigns.
- Produce video content and motion graphics for paid media and social channels.
- Design and maintain product packaging and print-ready artwork.
- Develop promotional materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners and exhibition collateral.
- Design and produce our monthly internal newsletter.
- Create marketing assets that support both our B2B customer base and our growing B2C e-commerce initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints while continually evolving the visual identity.
- Present creative concepts and confidently recommend design directions based on campaign objectives and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Technical Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a Graphic Design or Digital Design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print and video work.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience creating marketing assets for paid digital campaigns.
- Experience preparing artwork for commercial print and packaging production.
- Experience using AI tools for image and video generation (OpenArt or similar).
