Event and Content Coordinator (Contract)
We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Event & Content Coordinator to join our growing marketing team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to convert into a permanent role based on performance. This role sits at the centre of our brand engagement and lead generation efforts, owning both the execution of their events programme and the rollout of their organic content engine. The successful candidate will coordinate online and in-person events, manage partner communications, execute event logistics, and create and distribute engaging B2B content across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially aware, confident operating in a fast-paced startup environment, and capable of stepping into the role with minimal onboarding. This position requires someone who thrives on ownership, has strong execution ability, and understands how to repurpose content strategically to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
About this position
Events Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate and execute our monthly online and in-person events programme.
- Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, printing, setup, equipment, travel arrangements, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate closely with strategic partners and manage all event-related communications.
- Execute pre-event promotional activity, reminder campaigns, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure smooth event delivery aligned with marketing and lead generation goals.
- Maintain and manage the forward events calendar and partner coordination processes.
- Travel to event locations when required.
Content Creation & Repurposing
- Capture and generate content from events including videos, reels, social clips, photos, interviews, and recaps.
- Repurpose event and webinar content into blogs, newsletters, social posts, email campaigns, and website content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute content aligned with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms.
- Build and maintain a forward-looking monthly content calendar.
Content Distribution & Campaign Management
- Schedule and distribute content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Business Profile, email campaigns, blogs, and partner channels.
- Execute content and campaign rollouts using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Wati, Canva, and social scheduling platforms.
- Maintain an organised asset and content library for easy internal access and repurposing.
- Ensure all communications and content are aligned with ServCraft’s tone, messaging, and broader marketing strategy.
- Monitor campaign and content performance, providing reporting and recommendations for optimisation.
Technical Requirements & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in marketing, event coordination, content marketing, or a similar hybrid role.
- Proven experience managing both events and content functions simultaneously.
- Experience within a B2B technology or SaaS environment is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and execute with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, event execution, and content work required.
