Social Media/Influencer Manager (Freelance)
We are looking for a highly organised and socially savvy Social Media & Influencer Coordinator/Manager to support the execution and day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, community engagement, and social media activations across the brand. This role will play a key part in maintaining strong relationships with influencers and online communities, ensuring brand-aligned content delivery, and supporting social campaigns and competitions from briefing through to execution and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, digitally plugged-in, and confident managing multiple moving parts within a fast-paced retail and social media environment.

Influencer & Creator Management
- Identify, research, and assist in selecting relevant influencers, creators, and content partners aligned to campaign objectives and brand positioning
- Manage influencer communications and day-to-day liaison throughout campaigns
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and content submissions
- Receive, review, and quality check influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices
- Ensure all influencer deliverables are submitted accurately and on time
- Maintain influencer databases, tracking documents, and campaign records
- Support influencer gifting, product seeding, and campaign logistics where required
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, tags, mentions, direct messages, and community conversations across relevant platforms
- Engage with audiences in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner
- Escalate sensitive customer queries, complaints, or reputational risks internally when necessary
- Help foster positive engagement and strengthen online community sentiment
- Stay informed on trending conversations, social behaviours, and platform updates relevant to the brand
Social Media Competition Management
- Coordinate and publish social media competitions and campaign activations across platforms
- Ensure competitions are executed in accordance with campaign guidelines and platform policies
- Manage entry tracking and assist with winner selection processes alongside internal auditors or compliance stakeholders
- Liaise with winners and coordinate prize fulfilment where required
- Maintain accurate records of campaign participation, winner selection, and approvals
