Our client is looking for a creative, hands-on and client-facing Marketing Manager to support the Senior Marketing Manager in driving the next phase of growth across both our real estate investment agency, our marketing studio. This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone energised by experimentation, comfortable working at pace, and willing to get involved across every level of execution - from shaping ideas and campaigns through to managing the detail that brings them to life. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the confidence to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. They will be comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them forward autonomously, while working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager for oversight, direction and final sign-off. The role will support a broad range of marketing activity, including email marketing, CRM management, collateral development, presentations, events, copywriting, campaign delivery and the coordination of external creative production, including hero videos, graphic design, motion design and other client or brand-related creative outputs. Working across both the real estate advisory side of the business and the creative studio, the Marketing Manager will help deliver B2B campaigns targeting developers, investors and property businesses, as well as B2C campaigns aimed at residents. The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, although this is not essential. They should also be confident and competent in reporting back to clients, with the ability to communicate progress, present ideas clearly and manage expectations professionally. They should be curious about the role of AI in marketing and open to exploring how emerging tools can be thoughtfully integrated into workflows, campaign delivery and creative production.

Main Responsibilities:

Campaign Delivery & Client Projects:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, translating business objectives into structured plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign workflow across internal stakeholders, clients, freelancers and creative partners, ensuring all outputs are delivered on time, on brief and aligned with the overarching strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor performance across channels, prepare clear reports for internal teams and clients, and use insights to inform optimisation and future activity.

Content Strategy & Brand Messaging:

  • Develop and oversee high-quality content across multiple channels, including website copy, thought leadership, case studies, sales collateral, pitch material, proposals and campaign assets - ensuring a consistent tone of voice and brand positioning across both our brands and client projects. 
  • Manage input from internal stakeholders, clients and freelancers as required.

CRM, Email Marketing & Digital Channels:

  • Own and manage CRM activity within HubSpot, including email campaign build, audience segmentation, automation workflows and performance reporting. 
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date contact data and ensure digital channel activity is joined up across platforms.

Events, Awards & Partnerships:

  • Manage awards submission processes, drafting submissions for relevant stakeholder input. 
  • Support marketing activity surrounding industry events and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through strategic partnerships and submissions.

Creative Production Coordination:

  • Brief, coordinate and quality-control external creative production, including hero videos, graphic design, motion design and other brand or client-facing outputs ensuring all creative work meets brief, brand standards and project timelines.

Market Insights & Thought Leadership:

  •  Research and produce industry insights, trend reports and commercially relevant content that supports positioning across both brands.

Client & Stakeholder Reporting:

  •  Prepare and present clear performance updates, campaign reports and project progress summaries for both internal teams and external clients, communicating results and managing expectations professionally

Technical Requirements:

  • 3-7 years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content-focused roles
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or stakeholders
  • Strong eye for detail and design - creatively minded 
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes
  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Marketing campaign planning tools (HubSpot or similar) 
  • CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar)
  • Social media management platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram preferred) 
  • Analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) 
  • AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, AI content platforms)
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Content creation and collaboration tools (Trello, Planable or similar) 
  • CRM (HubSpot preferred or similar)
