Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management and Strategy

  • Work closely with management and share insights towards the Department’s strategic planning and goal setting.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and emerging trends that can drive competitive advantage.
  • Lead various campaign strategies and media planning processes, ensuring alignment with divisional goals.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance across all campaigns.
  • Identify and implement cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Support annual budget planning process.
  • Ensure compliance with financial protocoals and approval processes.
  • Lead platform growth initiatives, ensuring the business stays ahead in key categories.

1.2 Oversee Operational Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of campaigns and projects in collaboration with agency partners and cross functional teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all required assets to agency partners.
  • Facilitate coordination among marketing, internal, studio, digital, CE, and line management teams.
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimise first-party client lists, enabling targeted upselling and cross- selling initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identifying potential issues and presenting concerns to the Head of Paid Media and Measurement.
  • Utilise insights from marketing analytics to refine campaign targeting and enhance post-campaign reporting.
  • Continuously optimise campaign strategies based on real-time performance monitoring and analysis.
  • Ensure effective communication flow between team members and stakeholders.

2. Reporting & Insights

  • Support manager in preparing strategic presentations and reports.
  • Responsible for monthly campaign reports and post campaign analysis. Ensuring that these are completed as per the agreed times and presented to teams.
  • Provide insights towards the monthly management reports across portfolio. Deliver ad hoc reporting as required by the Manager.
  • Lead monthly insight reviews with internal teams, focusing on performance insights and strategic growth areas.
  • Lead the delivery of data-driven insights and recommendations based on campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Lead post-campaign evaluations and ensure learnings are applied to future strategies.

3. Thought leadership and best practice

  • Adopt and drive standards and practices, holding responsibility for oversight of the adoption and application of standards and practices by team members.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance in respect of the relevant frameworks, policies and practices and deal with escalated or referred matters from team members.
  • Provide paid media best practice support and guidance.
  • Share learnings across what worked and what didn’t.
  • Share media knowledge from campaign learnings, media agency and media partners.
  • Ensure internal teams are informed on latest platform updates, audience trends, and media innovations that can impact the business.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main paid media contact for internal teams ensuring seamless communication.
  • Work closely with the digital media buying and execution teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Partner with the Performance marketing team lead,
  • Paid Media Platform specialist, and external agencies to drive integrated media efforts.
  • Act as a key liaison with media partners to ensure access to the latest insights, tools, and betas.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years brand marketing experience in a large, complex and client focused organisation.
  • In-depth understanding of paid media landscape.
  • Campaign performance measurement and optimisation.
  • Cross functional project coordination / Management.
  • Principles of brand marketing and paid media.
  • Paid media platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Marketing analytics and reporting tools
  • Data analysis and segmentation tools
