Digital Campaign Coordinator / Paid Media Campaign Coordinator
The Digital Campaign Coordinator is responsible for supporting the setup, execution, monitoring, optimisation support, and reporting of brand and digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns, and other paid digital channels. This role ensures that campaigns are launched accurately and on time, creative assets are uploaded correctly, tracking is implemented, audiences are built correctly, budgets are monitored, and performance updates are shared with the broader marketing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, comfortable working across multiple campaigns simultaneously, and passionate about digital marketing and paid media.

Main Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Set up end-to-end campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Upload campaign creative assets including videos, static images, carousels, copy, headlines, descriptions, and call-to-action buttons.
- Ensure campaign naming conventions are followed correctly.
- Configure ad groups, audiences, placements, budgets, schedules, and targeting according to campaign briefs.
- Ensure campaign objectives are selected correctly, including awareness, traffic, lead generation, conversions, engagement, reach, and video views.
- Ensure all platform requirements, creative sizes, copy specifications, and formats are met before launch.
- Support the launch of brand campaigns, lead generation campaigns, remarketing campaigns, traffic campaigns, and video view campaigns.
- Conduct pre-launch quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are error-free.
Campaign Quality Control
- Check all campaign links, landing pages, forms, UTMs, and tracking before campaigns go live.
- Review ad copy for spelling, grammar, brand consistency, and correct messaging.
- Ensure correct audiences, exclusions, and targeting settings are applied.
- Confirm daily and lifetime budgets are accurate.
- Verify campaign start and end dates.
- Ensure creatives align with approved campaign briefs.
- Identify and escalate issues before launch.
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform advertising policies.
Tracking, Tagging & Reporting Support
- Add and verify UTM tracking links.
- Support conversion tracking checks where required.
- Ensure pixels, tags, events, and tracking codes are correctly considered during campaign setup.
- Pull campaign performance data from advertising platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Track metrics including impressions, reach, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, video views, leads, CPL, conversions, engagement, and spend.
- Highlight campaign trends, issues, and optimisation opportunities.
- Assist with campaign screenshots, proof-of-live documentation, and internal reporting.
- Maintain campaign tracking sheets and status documents.
Platform Management
- Work within Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other campaign platforms.
- Support the building, monitoring, and coordination of email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Keep campaign dashboards, tracking sheets, and naming structures organised.
- Monitor campaign delivery and flag issues such as rejected ads, under-delivery, overspending, or poor-performing creatives.
- Assist with audience setup, retargeting lists, and custom audiences.
- Support A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation Support
- Monitor campaign performance daily or as required.
- Track spend pacing against budgets.
- Flag campaigns that are underperforming, overspending, or not meeting expectations.
- Assist with basic campaign optimisations under guidance, including pausing poor-performing ads, updating budgets, or replacing creatives.
- Support audience and creative testing initiatives.
- Identify early signs of creative fatigue or declining engagement.
- Share campaign performance insights and recommendations.
- Assist with post-campaign reporting and learnings.
Creative & Content Coordination
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, content creators, clients, and marketing teams to gather campaign assets.
- Ensure creative files meet platform specifications.
- Coordinate missing assets, copy, approvals, and links.
- Ensure campaign messaging remains aligned across all platforms.
- Brief minor creative or copy adjustments to relevant teams where required.
- Keep creative asset folders and documentation organised.
- Maintain records of approved campaign creatives and copy.
- Support the adaptation of campaign assets across multiple platforms.
Admin, Communication & Workflow Management
- Manage campaign setup timelines and delivery deadlines.
- Update campaign status documents and task management systems.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding campaign progress.
- Attend campaign briefing, planning, and status meetings.
- Take notes and follow up on campaign actions.
- Keep campaign folders, reporting documents, and workflows organised.
- Ensure all required approvals are received before campaigns go live.
- Escalate issues quickly where timelines, assets, tracking, or approvals may impact delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media, campaign coordination, media buying, or performance marketing support.
- Experience working on paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Experience setting up campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with campaign briefs, budgets, creative assets, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
