We are hiring at Senior Account Manager level, with the priority placed on capability over title. Looking for someone confident and effective in managing end-to-end client relationships, able to build trust quickly, lead strategic conversations, and drive commercial growth across a portfolio of accounts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of client relationships end-to-end across an assigned portfolio
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation route for clients
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders
- Take commercial responsibility for a portfolio worth £300,000+ annually
- Lead client meetings and calls confidently
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Brief and coordinate internal specialists across paid media, SEO, content, design, animation and digital
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management / Client Services within a digital marketing environment
- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts
- Strong grounding in B2B digital marketing environments
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Google Suite
