Advertising Specialist
The Advertising Specialist is responsible for executing the promotional calendar end-to-end across multiple marketing platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with approved creative and brand guidelines. The role supports financial services and rewards marketing initiatives through strong campaign coordination, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution
- Execute advertising operational plans aligned with the promotional grid
- Coordinate campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, social, and direct marketing channels
- Ensure brand and creative consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting
- Manage campaign administration and approvals
- Track budgets, invoices, and accruals accurately
- Maintain campaign documentation and workflows
- Drive competitions, activations, and engagement initiatives
- Propose new campaign ideas and innovations quarterly
- Support customer acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Work with internal teams, agencies, media partners, and finance
- Manage cross-functional campaign alignment
- Support creative production processes
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- Degree or National Diploma in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or advertising
- Retail experience preferred
- Digital advertising & campaign coordination
- Marketing analytics and reporting
- Monday.com, RMS, MS Office Suite
