Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging)
- Manage lifecycle journeys from acquisition to retention
- Use platforms like Iterable to manage campaigns
- Build and nurture the user community
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimise communication strategies
- Support campaign rollouts tied to social and partnerships
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all user touchpoints
Technical Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or community management
- Experience with consumer apps or digital platforms preferred
- Understanding of user engagement and retention strategies
- CRM tools (Iterable preferred)
- Email marketing platforms
- Basic analytics and reporting tools
