Marketing Communications Coordinator

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing and communication plans across internal platforms.
• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Lead to ensure alignment and effective rollout of campaigns.
• Support internal communications efforts, ensuring messaging is clear and consistent.
• Assist with light copywriting tasks, including internal emails, announcements, and campaign content.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail in all aspects of marketing coordination.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing coordination, administration, or communications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
• Energetic and proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Light copywriting experience is a plus.

Technical Skills / Software Proficiency:

• Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
